 We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners cards).
A surcharge of 2% applies for the use of all credit and Amex. cards.
(No additional charge for the use of debit cards).

 

  • All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking; prices may change without prior notice.
  • A surcharge of 2% will be applied on all bookings where a credit card or American Express card is used for the deposit and/or final settlement. (There is no additional charge for use of debit cards).
  • Rates for family and triple-bedded rooms on application.
  • Reduced rate for children aged up to and including 11 years old sharing a family room with two adults; children aged 12 and over are charged at the full adult rate.
  • We don’t have any single rooms; the cost for single occupancy of a double room is half the advertised room rate plus £10.00 per night, subject to availability and time of year.
  • 5% discount on B & B for 7 days or more.
  • 5% discount given to groups booking 5 rooms, discretionary additional discount given for bookings of 6 or 7 rooms.

  • All bookings must be for minimum of 2 night stay. Minimum 3 night
    stay is required over all Bank Holidays, including Easter and New Year.

Booking Conditions

We would remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Plas Tan y Graig guest house, and if the duration of the booked reservation is subsequently shortened, the full cost of the accommodation is payable.

  • VAT at the current rate is included in our prices; should the rate of VAT increase, we reserve the right to add any increase to the final bill.
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night room-rate is required to reserve accommodation - guests may wish to consider taking out insurance cover for cancellations etc.
  • A 2% surcharge will be applied on all bookings taken after 1st October, where a credit card or American Express card is used for the deposit and/or final settlement. (No additional charge for the use of debit cards).
  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. Should a guest not arrive, the full amount of the accommodation is payable.
  • If a room has been booked either as a double or a twin, and one person cancels, a reduction of £10.00 from the full room rate will apply.
  • We will endeavour to allocate room(s) as booked, but reserve the right to accommodate guests in an alternative room of equivalent standard.
  • We are a small family-run Country Guest House and do not have a reception service; our arrival times are from 4pm and the latest by 8pm. On day of departure check out is by 10.00am.
  • Children are accommodated at the discretion of the proprietors.
  • We are a non-smoking establishment; it is illegal to smoke or to allow smoking in the house.
  • Consumption of “take-away” food (pizzas, Chinese, Indian cuisine, etc.) is not allowed in the rooms because it often results in damage and staining of the white linen and towels.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event, your debit/credit card will be charged without prior consent being required for the costs incurred.
